Business description:

Projects / tasks:

The role is to build software that contributes to the Fivecast development roadmap, with particular focus on applications in Law Enforcement, National Security and Defence. Typical internship projects involve prototyping new data collection and analysis techniques and integrating successful prototypes into our software tools.

Technical skills:

Applicants must be undertaking a degree with a large software component e.g. Software Engineering, Computer Science. Final year students are preferred. We write software using Java and Javascript (React), however applicants with experience in similar programming languages are acceptable e.g. Python, C/C++

We run a cross-functional, agile team, communicating daily and responding quickly to user requests. We’re looking for good communicators who work well in a team and are comfortable adapting to regular feedback and new requirements.
