Business description:

A project management consultancy that specializes in delivering contaminated land remediation, civil infrastructure and building projects. We deliver projects from planning and procurement through to construction delivery, offering practical and pragmatic advice which ensures our clients receive value for money throughout a project’s life cycle.   This includes our recent work in providing operations strategy and options for infrastructure development under the Safe and Secure Water Program (SSWP).  Whether acting as Superintendent, Client Representative or Project Manager, we have a proven track record of delivering high quality project outcomes, safely, and within specified cost and time parameters.

Projects / tasks:

We provide strategic advice to the Precinct Developer for the development of the 300ha former defence facility. Australian Federal Government’s Moorebank Intermodal Company (MIC) has signed an agreement with the Sydney Intermodal Terminal Alliance (SIMTA) for the development of the Moorebank Intermodal Terminal. The facility will include an import-export terminal with ultimate capacity to handle up to 1.05 million containers a year and a separate interstate terminal that will ultimately have capacity for up to 500,000 containers a year.
