“The DIIP program was an absolute joy to be a part of.
The real-world exposure by working with full-time engineers in the Defence space developed so many of my skills that I otherwise would not have picked up from my university course alone.
The highlight for me was being able to get hands-on and finding out that it’s something I really enjoyed and want to look for in my future roles! I highly recommend any students that are thinking of doing an internship to supplement their studies to apply for DIIP.
You’ll walk away with amazing experiences and friends that will last well into the future.”
